Same.

I think the 5-eyed bunny is my favorite. Probably because it's so normal except for that awesome and disturbing trait. Can you imagine seeing a kid playing with it and then taking a closer look? Whoa!

BEST. SCENE.

This is definitely the book I'm aiming to get on Saturday.

And in August there's a cool Gambit comic being released!

Is 2312, by Kim Stanley Robinson, a sequel to something? This makes it sound like it is, with mentioning terraforming Mars, but looking at his wiki page it looks like he just has a ton of sci-fi books, one of which involves mars.

I mean, I understand the allegory. But I was more interested in enjoying a sci-fi where humans try to screw up an alien world and they fight back.

Avatar wasn't about "save the earth," it was about "save Pandora."

What about Mark Sheppard???

File this under "headlines I would never expect to see on io9."

I realize it's more than the couple people that assisted the crash-landing, I just didn't know how many. I thought about 12 or so, but Lovelyivy just said it's 20, so that makes sense.

I was really impressed with this episode, and it makes me all the sadder that this the final season. A friend suggested that it could have been a two-parter, make us revel in the dystopian Eureka a little more, which also would have been fun.

Definitely watching Eureka!

Now playing

What, nothing on angler fish? Allow me to present the best (only?) song on angler fish mating habits.

I picked up Cover C for Fanboys Vs Zombies, on a whim because it was only $1. I hope it is entertaining!

I'm glad it kept very true to the source material.

There's also new Supergirl today! Sitting just out of reach, waiting for me to finish my homework...

Stark is probably thinking, "Just one monitor and a keyboard? That's cute."

I guess I'll be on the lookout for cheaper, unremastered episodes, because I really couldn't care about special features and whatnot. I barely have time to watch the episode as it is.

I'm enjoying the narration just fine (though you bring up good points in citing Bradbury), I'm just wondering how the novel can become a marketable movie (well marketable until it actually was released a few days ago).
