@Molossus: Well, films aren't occurring yet because MGM is broke and can't front the money.

I am highly disappointed. It was getting better and better and they were making it work. Plus, they had a 5-year plan so they knew where they were going with it.

@raezing: My friends got me into Firefly first semester of college. Actually, only two had seen it, and really just one of them was a true fan that knew about it, the other had just seen some episodes. So it was fun to have 8 or so of us watching it for three weeks becoming completely obsessed.

@GeneJacket: Well duh. But that's a little mature. You can probably start them with Star Wars around 5, move them into acceptable Star Trek episodes before middle school, and then show them Firefly mid-high school. Same with Stargate. BSG can probably a college present I bet (I haven't seen it yet). Doctor Who…

I enjoyed the first three a whole bunch (especially the 2nd and 3rd a lot more than most on here) and am looking forward to On Stranger Tides, but this seems to be getting excessive.
