That's smaller than the bedroom of my on-campus apartment.

Well, the biggest issue is ALL humans dieing. After that it won't matter what else is around, we'll be dead.

SyFy should give SGU a third season. It may have low ratings, but they probably are not loosing money off of it, so they should make the third season to cram the entire story in there and then get it over with. As much as I wish, I do not think this will get to 5 seasons but would hate to see it go with a

No. Just no. This is ridiculous. She says she's not stupid, but this sure disproves that. (Same with the guy and the planets...) Wow.

This is a list worth saving. I definitely recommend Firefly and Children of Earth (and Sherlock, c'mon!), but the others I have yet to check out (but Jekyll has been on my radar for quite some time).

I'm not digging it. Story doesn't sound good, and it looks too weird.

Do the SGU producers have an alternate ending in place just in case it is not renewed? I hope above all hope that it is, of course, but I don't want to end the series on a cliffhanger.

I am annoyed how the Stargate Universe writers told us they were going to get away from "rubber-faced aliens" but they still give us humanoid aliens. I quite enjoy seeing the animal-like aliens (the leeches in Time or the herd of things in the latest episode) and wish something like that will be sentient and found

I recently got into Dinosaur Comics and have been reading Wondermark fora while now. Wondermark has some great witticisms about him and Dino Comics is kind of "out there" on another whole plane.

OK, so, Duncan Jones wrote and directed Moon. But here he only directed.

Awesome video. Instant share.

I'm not liking how choppy their movements are.

I was excited for this until I realized it included and revolved around Twilight pretty-type-boys more than it needed to.

I agree that she could do really well just by writing a new series that isn't Harry Potter (like you said, something else on another fantasy level).

I haven't caught up with this episode of Chuck yet, but I watched that clip, and the article headline is spot-on!

What is this trickery?

That Skyline picture looks more like a movie about the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

@scottlandk: I'm no stranger to sci-fi. Seen Firefly and Galaxy Quest, to grab examples from your comment. I just didn't recognize some of these movies.

@scottlandk: While I've seen Star Wars, Star Trek, and Serenity, it is good to know that it looks like I should watch Gatica and the Alien line (which has been on my computer for a while now...)

@tetracycloide: Yeah, I could not enjoy how awesome each clip looked (making me want to see those movies—thanks for the list) because they were constantly cutting.
