No single person is wholly responsible for the state of the world today and trying to lay it all at one man’s feet is hyperbolic and naive.

Their MMR won’t last very long at that level though if they truly suck. Honestly you get some real turds at all levels of play.

You can only XP farm so much. 14k XP an hour is pretty average for normal play, so it’s not like loot boxes will be acquired at a hugely increased rate.

Selling accounts would be pretty directly against Blizzard’s Terms of Service, but you could be part of an XP farming server without also being an account seller.
