I’m glad. I don’t wanna be one of those asholes who is all “haha! onferior consoles get nothing!” but the xbox 360 is ten years old. It’s just not practical to try and release an ambitious game

you know, I’m not talking about resolution here, but how all of the textures just look plain old if compared to other current-gen games. Like the dog’s fur, for example. The bashing of the consoles themselves is justified, they really are just too weak to be allowed to throttle game development now-a-days.
I’m ‘older’ too... and I can appreciate where games are today. But, that doesn’t mean that games cannot be criticized. The power developers have available now, allows them to do incredible things, I’d expect them to make games that use that power.
Doesn’t help that the Witcher 3 just shat on everything so far this year in the graphical department. When I watched the trailer for F4 all I could say was “This is it?”. They desperately need a new engine.
The awful shooting mechanics better be updated to modern standards as well. The whole “it’s an RPG not a shooter” excuse won’t work this time.

On your last point, you’re very right. They are different games, with different focuses, and very different art styles and stories. That much is true.

Yeah Witcher 3 has combat system that’s actually fun for example!
