This. I’m not willing to put down that much money for something I don’t even know if I’ll like or not. Everything I read about the games sounds cool but I’m still not sure if it’s worth the price they’re asking.

You’re correct about that but right now Sony is the only one (in the console space) that I’m aware of that offers VR. I have no clue if Microsoft is doing something on that front. . it’s just I don’t really see Sony giving their version of VR a justified reason to be purchased. Just like the move and the eyetoy, I…
I had that happen plus my dpads was broken too... the up and left button just stopped reliably registering. frustrating when you want to quick swap a weapon or select a ability. Right and left trigger cracked (due to racing games I guess) and the left analog stick just drift endlessly to the left. I never had so much…
I had one of the razer onza controller. The triggers cracked which is something that never happened to me in the 18 years of gaming that I have done. It’s a damn shame because that controller was really comfortable to use.
people think 3 years is a long for the average games? I thought that was the average? I already knew about projects being internally shut down due to reading/watching developer diaries. By the way I ‘m really glad those are coming out more frequently. I’m always glad to know what’s behind the scene.
Whoever said that second quote is in for a rude awakening if they really do expect Sony to be the white horse for VR.
I’m using that analogy from now on. It’s probably the best way to describe what it’s like to try and look for new games (that aren’t major releases) on steam.
Thanks for this Chris! I really needed one of these videos today.
Maybe it’s because people views it as a traditional mmo (when it’s really not) is the reason why there are no backlash over it? It plays like a singleplayer game with the occasional sighting of players (that would be easily replaced with npcs in most places). The Dark Zone is honestly the only place that even make…
God that’s really awkward to watch now. But at the time when I was playing the game years ago, I thought it was actually a good emotional scene even if visually the animation looked like a mess. I still get that vibe but yeah I cringe at every gif now.
That was actually a really sweet thing to see in Shadow of Mordor. Too bad they had the unfortunate timing of telling you how to do a stealth kill on that particular part but otherwise it’s a good moment.
This seems to be a trend in ubisoft games since Kotaku always recommend turning off the ridiculous amount of info that is visble to you. I tried it for assassin creed black flag. It’s amazing how much more difficult the combat is without all the little prompts to help you out and exploring is much more natural without…
I usually don’t wish for people to be fired but I’m right there with you on that position. God I hate Uplay.
It’s all relative to me. Corpse Run and Awkward Zombie got a chuckle out of me. Manly guys doing manly things actually made sense for once (why it gets featured is beyond me since you actually need to read it often to get the jokes).
To be fair, some of them were actually funny this time.
He used to be decent but I don’t watch him anymore. Guy went into a different direction that I’m not a fan of. However I don’t hate him as many seems to.
I get the reason you’re saying this but as Foxstar said: people have a huge amount of passion for the game they’re trying to remake. They want to see it become modernized in a sense so that everyone get a chance to see what made it good.
I’ve long since passed trying to group people into certain groups. It’s not really fair to the people trying to express a opinion (unless they’re idiots) since that shut them out by dismissing the things they’re trying to say. It doesn’t allow for a reasonable discussion about things so it can escalate to bullshit…
One thing I got from this article: People are shitty no matter where you go especially on the internet.
We’re already there with steam and Uplay..
