I think it would be more poignant to blame specific persons/components when it comes to shit games. Like blaming the publisher and/or game director as oppose to the product as a whole. Parallel example: the CG artists for Jupiter Ascending did amazing/painstaking work, but the movie itself is dull and uninspired

I actualy feel sorry for game developers.

I get annoyed as hell when I read someone go on about "lazy devs", when they know nothing of the process. As if a bunch of highly-motivated (and some highly-paid) people just shrugged and said "fuck it, this is good enough", and put the game out.

It is hilarious watching threads of people discussing your work and pretending to know how your code works.

There's a massive disconnect between game developers and the customer. It is hilarious watching threads of people discussing your work and pretending to know how your code works.

Well that's unfortunate(ly hilarious).

And if it was really about ethics in journalism, wouldn't the highest priority issue be the blatant monetary connection between publishers/advertisers and game media?

Cross buy is awesome!

Holy shit, youre a moron. I get annoyed by stupid people like you. Wu is not a "civil rights leader", dumbshit. People like you are the reason why the world looks negatively at video gamers. You fit the stereotype of a young inexperienced boy with no experience of the real world perfectly. Please educate yourself.

The sad thing is even if the name itself withers and dies the mentality of those that rallied around it has been and will still be here.

I wish the whole Gamergate thing could just go away. Ughhhhhhhhh.

There's "internet tough guys" and then there's the dude who made a video of him driving to the convention and saying that he was going to kill her. Screw whatever weird, arbitrary internet rule that says all threats are empty because reasons, that'd unnerve me enough to at least consider the safety of my friends and I.

I've had mine for a little over a year and I love it. But I mostly play PS One classics or games that are specifically designed to fit within the control scheme of the Vita. Cross platform games can get a little hairy. Though I will say most developers are really catching on with how to make the Vita's control

Excited about the new champ. It's nice to see an announcement that hasn't been ruined by leaks on Reddit.

Oh my god, I hate you so much right now. Somehow I've never heard that pun before...

The lag is less annoying to me than the lack of buttons. Give me two triggers and clickable thumbsticks. That rear touchpad is for the birds.

No it is clear that Sony doesn't have the triple AAA support they thought they did on their handheld. The PSP did well because it was well supported by First Party but look at the Vita even a year ago they stopped pushing E3 or any gaming convention with news on games to come. Bioshock Vita? An amazing idea but never

"On-disc or day 1 DLC is just greedy." wrote one gamer, expressing a popular opinion that DLC is part of the nickel and diming infecting modern gaming.

But there is precedent for games being that expensive or even more expensive. I remember being only able to ask for a single game in a long span of time when the N64 was around because some of them were like $80. Considering inflation, the games were worth even more than that. There was an article that I can't seem
