Actually, it’s true: many people cannot read subtitles quickly enough to both comprehend the text and catch the actor’s non-verbal communication in his/her delivery. Movie-watching is almost universal, so a single decision per release of “No dubbing, yes subtitles” or other configuration will have a hard time…
