I love subaru's sound, but in the interest of fairness, I'll grant you your argument... if you can possibly find any tractors out there that sound like an STi at full tilt... Challenge accepted?

Never mind the multitude of Caymans out there with swapped LSD's and a touch more power (as porsche should be selling them) equaling or beating any generation standard 911's at track days...

Pretty sure Jay Leno has both quality and quantity covered!

I'd guess likely a combination of very low volume production, plus likely very high quality + tight tolerances. Those alone can push up prices significantly!

I am definitely saving that image, with the hope to one day copy that amazingness!

lmao! Well there goes my productive day... off to watch that again for the 1000th time.

We let AMG slide for the most part when they stuck "6.3" badges on an engine that was really a 6.2. BMW calling it a 335i when it's a 3.0-liter turbo is a little less palatable. Audi sticking "TFSI" on its cars with a supercharged V6 was just weird.

You can even tell Clarkson is trying hard not to laugh at it also.

Neutral: Can You Have High Tech And High Performance? Will the STI replace the Corvette Z06?

I love aftermarket companies like that, that just seem like nice guys. It's definitely good advertising for them as well, so it's not entirely out of the goodness of their hearts, but still.

Half Life 3 confirmed?

As an engineer, I enjoyed the first more from a realism standpoint, and the costumes/actors/scenery/props being closer to what I got out of the books. The second however did actually follow the book's storyline much much better. I just have a little trouble with the technology/costumes used in it haha. I watch both

That at least could be legitimized with the book, with the Baron's "tastes" haha.

Thank you for putting a picture of the original film! Even if the newer version was more true to the book, the costume department got a little out of hand (or on acid) in the new one.

Yes!! I still have mine, love that little guy. Surprised it still works flawlessly after all these years.

Yeah, but on the other hand, how much more publicity is the concept getting now because of it? Even non-automotive sources are all showing it. Not saying it was intentional, but it has a silver lining.

Can the blue hues on this graph be any closer in color, please?

Really?
