Thank you. I’m getting blue in the face at telling these A-10 fanboi’s that. I saw CAS applied dozens of times. The majority of the time it was strategic bombers. We never even saw the aircraft. They’d just give us a release and ETA heads up and then boom. I saw F-14 Bombcats provide CAS more times than I did the

Where do you people come up with this stuff? Air to air missiles? No they certainly cannot. Granted you could carry some forms of IR guided missiles, and just launch them at a heat source and let the seeker head find the target, but that’s not very efficient. A cessna could do the same. It’s how the A-10 and Apache

No they can’t. It’s not even close. Where do you guys hear this stuff?

You are assigning sooo much importance to one episode, while forgetting all of Tyrion’s previous escapades in previous episodes and the books.

Where’s all the typical whiny, Jezebel BS about sick, violent, and entitled white males?

Oh wow nevermind. I just got done reading the rest of this where you argue with 100 people about how right you are. If I’m standing in a room and everyone is pointing at me, I’m gonna try to figure out why. I’m not going to point at all of them individually.

“The Unsullied were a force to keep the peace, not to repel armies - that’s what they needed Daenerys for.”

Weak ruler? Hahhahaha. Tyrion’s a phenomenal leader. When he was in charge of King’s Landing, he had the city running better than it had in decades. Ever since his father was Hand for King Aery’s. His guidance and council have been heeded by some of the most powerful people in their world. Danny left him with an

Absolutely. Arrows make it even easier. Zig zagging is a great way to increase your chances of getting hit. You close the distance to cover as fast as possible. If it’s a long ways you go down at the end of every 5-ish second burst, take a quick look, then up and going again.

It’s absolutely on point. That’s one of the first things I learned as a new private. You cover the distance as fast as humanly possible. If it’s a long distance, you sprint for about 5 seconds, then throw yourself on the ground. Roll one direction or another so that you come up in a different spot, and if applicable,

Or he was trained. One of the first things I learned as infantry was “Don’t run in a zig zag like some idiot on fucking TV”. Find your nearest source of cover (not concealment unless that’s all you have) and try to cover that ground as quickly as possible. If it’s a long distance you basically do this in your head:

What? He’s a highborne male. Just like in real life with characters like this, he would have started his combat training at like five years old.

Don’t count on it. There’s A LOT more to Sweet Robin than most havent figured out...

What map are you looking at? All the ones I’ve seen, that have a legend, put it at about 800 miles there and back. Regardless, a well conditioned horse can cover at least 50 miles a day. If you really want to push them, or have fresh horses, 100 miles a day isn’t a big deal.

Some time ago I was having the same argument with someone here. I posted up two pictures and asked which one should be banned. One was an AR style rifle, the other was a BAR. 90% picked the AR. None of these idiots have any clue what they’re talking about. Educating yourself on a subject is usually the first step if

If I tied a string to my finger, and the other end to a stick and let it hang, would that be towing? Of course not. It would be hefting. It would be carrying it. Maybe even pulling it. Certainly not towing though.

That’s utterly ridiculous.

Man I forgot about that video. Ive probably seen it a few dozen times and still laugh every damn time. Thanks for posting!

Glad that turned out alright brother. In ‘03 I was in the same AO when we lost an M1 (and it’s crew) into an Iraqi river.
