Yeah, how dare you you racist prick. I can’t believe you'd want to avoid areas where you’re not welcome or liked in the first place.

I never really did it so I could pull them from my kit. If you do, you’re still gonna have to grab it to manipulate it into the magazine well. There’s not very many situations where I would advise that extra motion. I did it so I could simply use an a finger to pull it from the magazine well. Sounds kinda silly but

I noticed. And after all that I very much so appreciate it.

That’s interesting. All the British troops I ran with had the same aluminum crap magazines we did. Some were even manufactured by colt.

Wait what? I served with British troops. I fired their SA80s a hundred times. Their aluminum 30 round magazines were interchangeable with ours...It’s the typical aluminum STANAG-compliant magazine that is uniform with many NATO countries. There’s a reason all British troops in harm’s way are generally using some form

Appreciate that sir. COs like you, coupled with a good 1sG can save their guys from soooo much bullshit. Or at the very bare minimum, lessen its effects. Generally all it took was some creative thinking to bend the rules a bit. In the regular Army that stuff is so necessary, seems to be even more so with every passing

Thanks pal!

Hahah no worries.

Mechanix has a “tactical” line now but they only went down that route when they realized how popular their run of the mill automotive gloves were with armed forces. They had two things going for them : good protection without sacrificing feel and dexterity (i.e. one can easily feel trigger pull, etc) and they’re cheap.

Don’t apologize.

It has evolved into helping change up their identity. Originally it was done to help blend in with the natives and also to garner additional respect from them. In those cultures any man without a beard isn’t a “man”.

PMAGs are the standard for JSOC and SOCOM. Have been for years. I very rarely saw even 11Bs without PMAGs.

Thanks Jerry!

Thud/Voodoo pics?

Don’t forget, he lives in Australia and hates too.

I say we all save this and simply post in response to every one of FSB’s and DakakaDerpDerp’s posts.
