That was a sad circumstance. I’ve studied quite in depth for professional reasons (and curiosity). Sadly the ‘gas’ shouldn’t have been toxic. It was simply an airborne version of fentanyl, which is nothing more than an extremely potent opiate. The goal was just to render everyone unconscious. Any baddies with gas

Sadly, the massive exodus from Syria (and Iraq) has muddied the waters. Any law enforcement/intelligence agencies worth their salt, should be operating with an understanding that these people are already in their country. It’s not an “if” issue.

Yeah, not my cup of tea. My whole family is Navy, including some very competent/experienced technical divers with time in the UDT/SEAL communities. Just was never a world I wanted anything to do with. I hate snorkeling. I hate extended periods on boats. Even something like a cruiseship, i still feel that motion for

Good job Tyler.

le sigh...

lol i like you

I’m gonna talk some people into funding my new book: “Asymmetric warfare for dummies”.

You just went full retard.

Wait what? The data and history do support that the American populace understands the military? Using minorities to try and prove your point doesn’t work. I guarantee, if I asked any black person, any mexican, or any asian, if there was misconceptions and a rift between them and the rest of the country, they’d say

That’s what im wondering. At what point does it get legitimately dangerous for a large ship?

Haha I hope you’re a good marksman! P-38s were notoriously difficult to be accurate with.

As cool as it is, I’ve never understood that aircraft. The original has (for the most part) better performance across the board. The only advantage the Enforcer had was additional underwing hardpoints. But, those hardpoints came at the cost of the six .50 cal MGs. Then, on top of that, they were limited to stores

A B-17 would be just as invulnerable to a MANPAD at 25,000’ agl as the B-2 is (more so actually). MANPADs are worthless for aircraft at those altitudes. Only the most most capable kind can even get to those altitudes. Throw in horizontal distances and an aircraft at 20,000+ft has nothing to worry about. Even if they

There’s literally no reason to do so. It would require redesigns of the wing and fuselage box. If SAC still existed and nuclear armed B-52s were aloft 24/7, you could make a case for it. At this point in it’s life-cycle though it’s simply not worth it.

That’s serious business. The pitch and roll wouldn’t make me vomit but the stress might. I’d rather get shot at. Not kidding.

Wtf. Is this your home in the picture?

How does Abel Ibarra fit into all this? The RX-7 community is tiny and really tight. That being said, was it ‘the’ Abel Ibarra of rotary fame or just some other rotor head using his name?

That’s the thing though, their range is horrible. The Shkval 2, which got the big range “boost” still has less than a 10 mile range. The MK48 ADCAP has similar (if not longer) range. You’d assume they could just do the same thing.

Calm down superstar. That’s all great. What are you trying to tell me? Nobody is arguing with you...

Yeah he appears to be. I don’t always see eye-to-eye with him but I appreciate what he does. I couldn’t do it. As you said, he’s genuine, which is a lot more than I can say about the rest of these assholes. Most of them just pander to the lowest common denominator, simply looking for that person that their next
