I don’t recall any debates but the hover thing wouldn’t surprise me.. While I was operating out of J-bad I had the opportunity to do a hit with Polish GROM and we used one of their brand new “Super Hind”s.

I think I do if you’re referring to the program that basically sells DAP Black Hawks with updated ISR gear to the Mexicans. They sold some last year, and last i heard the Mexicans want more and will get them. Is that what you’re thinking of?

I’m with ya 100% RotoTaste. I was simply trying to illustrate the the differences in philosophy and machinery between us and the Soviet/Russians without being TOO pedantic. Half the time some idiot is posting tl;dr or the like. If you don’t wanna read and learn then why are you here? Oh yeah, to troll.

Definitely not trying to critique you. I just wasn’t 100% sure about what you were going for so I got long winded. Something I’m doing a lot of today.

Yes, this is an Allah send for the defenders. The more they get hit and the more the city breaks down, their defenses get stronger and more connected.

He’s absolutely angling for a fight. If the US wasn’t so entrenched in Western Europe and had zero relationships with those countries- I guarantee Putin would push farther into W. Europe.

In my experience, when something really horrific is about to happen it’s a simple one word. Instances like a car accident you know you can’t avoid. A helo having to aurorotate down, or getting engaged by a far larger force with far heavier weapons and you have no air or arty for awhile. In all those situations people

Mr Diaz is right on the money with this. The US military doesn’t have an aircraft with these capabilities. To do what the Hind does we’d need to use ‘Hawks and Apaches or Cobras. Granted, the Hind isn’t a phenomenal attack helicopter and because of it’s weapon carrying capabilities the internal space for armed troops

Low and fast minimizes the time it takes for enemy assets to hear it, see it, or react to it. It doesn’t maximize it.

Yes and no. It’s hard to balance realism when you have radar directed 16” guns on American Iowa and North Carolina’s with a 30k (or more) range and then have to balance it with DDs who’s torps only have a 4-10km range. They are trying to juggle some tough stuff and they’re doing a really good job it.

Dude its phenomenal. It kinda fits between hardcore study sims and a lil arcade like feel. They work really well together. They’ve only released the American and Japanese lines but Germans and the Brits are on the way with a ton of other ships in the loop (shore bombardment maybe, submarines mabey PT boats maybe?)

Ah you’re from Denver? That’s where I call home too. Do you remember all the activity for the DNC? I was still active duty back then and had some of my best experiences flying around the Denver Skyline with boots hanging.

We scream loudly and carry nukes. Works the same way.

Just what we needed, a good debate on climate change.

I went out and emptied a magazine of .416 into the dirt just for good measure. Felt super badass! Then felt super stupid, .416 is expensive. Fuck it, they can have it.

Do you think it really was that prolific? I know SOP was deploying flares when pulling out and/or landing, as well as flying low over heavily populated areas but, I can’t remember a single instance when one was fired at anything (they may have, I just don’t remember).

Lol at the World of Warships clip. That happens in every game, multiple times.

Meanwhile.....someone is plotting.......

I got something for some of them naziess!
