I would hate for them to buy Nintendo. First of all, "their success lies off their hardware" means they would kill the Switch and move things onto Xbox. Second of all, no I can't argue this anymore it's just too awful to consider

Holy shit, just when I thought I couldn’t dislike Phil Spencer any more.

Dude’s idea of success is ‘buy all the competition’ rather than, you know, actually investing in his own developers to make better games.  Sure buddy, try to buy the company that has consistently trounced the shit out of you in console sales

Don’t forget shopping in person because it’s cheap. My early gen Z son and  my early gen X self both buy our groceries at Winco because it's 25% cheaper than Safeway,  Fred Meyer or Wal-Mart. Winco is cheap because thestores are basic, you bag yourself and they don't take credit cards, and of course no online

I mean that’s not a big deal. We all knew this would happen sony and msoft have been doing exclusives for more than a decade.

Yeah, i looked ahead. Apparently quite a few bosses are like that. Tons of reddit posts about how people could only beat bosses after they changed their entire mech around to a completely different playstyle.

From *did* make some big mistakes here:

You know, if the only way to beat the Tutorial boss is to break its guard and then use the sword, it would be nice if they EVER TUTORIALIZED EITHER OF THOSE THINGS before the fight, instead of instantly AFTER.

it’s really funny to me that after 20 years, armored core's easy mode is to just slap as many grenade and plasma cannons on a tank tread as you can. same way I powered through 2 and 2AA as a kid 😂

That’s what I did. It was a spiffy little console. I sold mine once I got a PS5 and a Steam Deck though. With those 2 consoles, my Series S became redundant.

Yeah I had already decided to get a PS5 this generation since I had skipped the PS3/PS4 and most of the games I wanted to play were still coming to Xbox One BUT the fact that the Series S was so cheap made me consider picking it up. The big reason I didn’t was because I wouldn’t be able to play my large collection of

I always knew Amazon would be the downfall of many a retailer and brand but... not like this.

Yes and no. Destiny has had some seasons with content that is incredibly fun, and filled with good to great story content. But Lightfall was so disappointing after the excellent Witch Queen, that it turned me off entirely. This past season was the first one I missed entirely since Beyond Light came out, and now I

I mean the good thing about the game(and many other games of its ilk) is you can safely ignore the seasonal stuff and just play the regular, non-seasonal stuff. The seasonal stuff is there for people who want new content.

ugh. Alright, weapon durability is back, fine. I honestly dont know why people seem to absolutely love a mechanic that means you’re never excited to find literally anything because you know its going to be busted in 3 minutes.

Wouldnt it be so much more interesting to have a weapon wheel? And you could go out, and be

I’ve been wanting to rewatch Bowfinger for awhile now. Loved that movie as a kid

I guess I have officially graduated to “old and out of touch”.
After reading this whole post, I can only summarize it as “I get it, but I really don’t get it”.

On top of that, major changes are about to happen to a lot of major systems across Destiny with the new expansion here in a few weeks.  And they’ve started doing some updates in preparation for that.  So the game is in a ‘weird’ halfway state between what it was and what it will be when the expansion drops.  And I’d
