Yes I miss them. I remember some like the Super Castlevania IV manual actually had a code printed in there and if you entered it, it took you straight to Dracula. The only issue I see with that is you do so much climbing that it would make it unfun to climb. When it's such a big mechanic you don't want it to be punishing.

Ah yes someone figured out how to game the system. Play for play. They used to do this on a website called acidplanet, you would review someone they would review you back. It was how people would game it. Some people would promise this and of course never return the favor. There is always someone.

I’m trying to avoid pulling the trigger on this one based on nostalgia alone. BUT MAN it is so hard not to. Mainly I’m curious about the combat system? Is it more button mashing heavy, or is it deeper like we would expect from platinum? Also is there going to be a demo for us to try?

AC4 was easily my favorite and I’ve played them all. Yes Even Unity ( rented that one). Didn’t actually hate Unity, but I can see the gripes. I’m torn on this one. It sounds really promising, but then they all do. I may just wait it out to see what the reviewers say first. My inner AC fan wants this to be amazing, but…

It was a super fun mission even though my team couldn’t get through it. The more we did it and adapted our strategy the closer we got. I feel like next time we should be able to do it. Did get the sword though so that made me pretty happy :). So far I’ve got the exotics I want out of this expansion.
