As long as you’ve finished the story, there’s not a great deal of worry, some YouTubers have made videos on early armor sets. I would highly recommend Gaijin Hunter’s video on how to start out.  You really don’t even need to fight any monsters to do it.  Look him up on youtube.

Yeah. People talk about it in terms of “oh, why should game devs do things differently just because some handful of people can’t control themselves?” That’s not really the ethical concern here. These addictive qualities weren’t added to games by accident — they were designed for that purpose, tuned and shaped by

Over large numbers of games (hundreds??), win/loss works the best. The problem is that in Overwatch there’s so much variance. Tons of characters to pick from where your performance can highly vary, and so many possibilities for enemy team and your team... that in order to get more accurate results when the number of

You must really like cosmetics. I enjoy them but I play this game because I love it and it’s so much fun and still is after 500+ hours

That guy/girl playing a Toreador is generally eye-roll inducing but not much worse than that. That guy/girl playing a Malkavian is insufferable and game breaking: the same attention-seeking compulsiveness with the maturity and volume of a hyperactive twelve-year old.

It’s the Camelot of the Internet.

Oh, that last ARG was GREAT! I really liked how they didn’t give us any information, and we had to rely on experts in the community to tell us what was going on.

VR games are already generally more fun and interesting than most Kinect games, so the potential is still there. But the headsets are really expensive and phone-based VR can’t yet match what the headsets can do. High-quality VR gaming is only going to be a past-time for the richest gamers for the next year or so and

I could definitely agree with that, I’ve had plenty that were very random in ordinary situations. and I do know where the attacks stem from because they started after a near death experience, which has the ability to happen again any day, though the symptoms don’t necessarily have to occur for me to have a panic

WOOOOT! OMEGA VIRUS SHOUT OUT!

I can understand why someone would want to railroad since it’s sometimes often a pain in the ass trying to keep things interesting or wanting to progress the plot. But that’s usually when you don’t have enough backup content prepared and/or was generally unprepared as a DM.

It sounds like he had tons of time

Totally. I’m always surprised when DMs write players’ backstories for them. Feels like tabletop puppetry!

They are by definition extreme reactions that don’t seem reasonable

That’s the blizzard curse. They can set up interesting worlds, but as soon as the characters open their mouths in these games the story goes to shit. And also the endings and “twists” ...really just every aspect of a blizzard story is bad except the universe they take place in.

The dialogue in the first one was really bad too. When the scientist says to the monkey “You took these glasses because you want to see the world for what it is.” or something similar.

If you keep repeating it’s good, maybe you’ll believe yourself.

That’s something I’ve never understood. With as much moolah is in NASCAR, I’m surprised they haven’t moved to better quality in-car audio. I guess it gets the job done, but boo.

It’s also of note that you shouldn’t always focus the healer first. If you’re going up against a Valla or a Jaina, or another squishy damage dealer, it’s better (imo) to focus them first and then look to kill your opponent’s support. They go down almost instantly if you can get some CC down and your team will be in a
