They have a massive amount of canon for the back story as Tolkien put an almost obsessive amount of details into the world of Middle Earth. I have read The Hobbit and LOTR several times but every time I've tried to read The Silmarillion I end up giving up as it's so damn hard to get through.

BF3 - is a goods game, campaign is fun (but extremely linear). Scripting in singleplayer is so good that I don't mind being sent on a one track path. As for the multiplayer, maps are as you would expect, well designed and large but they seem to lack the fun (in my opinion) of the BF2 maps. No transport chopper,…

Not the case in all games. Example being COD map packs, my son has some of them and I can't use them if I'm playing my profile on the same console. I think it just depends on the developer

It's just like creating a standard new account but the problem is you lose all remaining subscription time and DLC that requires online access on your old account. Basically, any content you registered to the old banned account will still be there but the new account won't be able to use it (in most games anyway).
