The steam hardware surveys would suggest "every other person" is not running on ultra.

Not to mention as someone else pointed out it doesn't look like that on ultra on PC. I thought I was going mad remembering it not looking a source mod.

In other news "next gen" consoles use a fisher price version of the frostbite engine in BF4 to vaguely emulate settings PCs could two years ago. Difference being in the example I am using they are using the same release, not a re-release to give a laughable pretense that the new consoles are up to scratch hardware…

I've said this all along: to consistently play the current games on decent, if not the highest settings requires upgrades fairly frequently. Realistically every 2 years if you have a good rig, more if you have an exceptional one(which comes at a cost)
