That seems like an unnecessarily rude reply to someone honestly looking to be enlightened and understand why a term like “comedienne” induces eye-rolling.

I would just like a list of the best performances in the worst movies, please. I nominate Michael C. Hall in Gamer.

Keeping them updated? Isn’t the whole point that it’s a static version that doesn’t need to be updated?

I didn’t want to get mink oil on my bedspread.

That’s interesting. The Dark Tower is one of my favorite things of all time, and I am ridiculously excited at the fact that it IS being altered. I know the books by heart, and I’m looking forward to seeing a Dark Tower story where I don’t know what will happen. I main hope is that, much like Dark Tower is to Childe

I think that’s it: DC understands Superman, so let DC make the movie. I know DC doesn’t have a studio like Marvel (though, maybe they should) but Warner Bros., not DC, is behind the wheel of these train wrecks for better or worse (WORSE). Sorry to mix metaphors, I know trains don’t have steering wheels. It’s hard to

I love Hanna, and I know it’s obsessed with fairy-tale imagery, but I don’t get how it is a fairy-tale itself.

It’s a sports reference. Girls play sports, as do women. Is the objection to America being thought of as a woman? I guess “it’s back on the mat” would have been less controversial. I can't stand this guy, but this is nothing. He's said plenty more stupid and MEANINGFUL shit, go after that.

And don't call me Shirley.

BvS and Man of Steel are garbage, but Superman is a great film that still holds up (for the most part). Opinions are subjective, and I know you’re on the DC film hate-train (as am I), but you’re way off there.

I love the movie, but I’ve always had a problem with that. She’s sexy and unique, then she’s “normalized” and gets the guy. (Not sure if sexy is appropriate for a high school character, but I was pretty young when I first saw The Breakfast Club)

I'm fine with seeing them fight. They already have conflict, now it's shown overtly. It helps when they have a REASON to fight, and when the conflict makes SENSE and is INTERESTING. That said, BvS is possibly the worst movie I've ever seen.

I really liked Watchmen, and found BvS to be completely fucking awful.

It’s a story title from the comics, Peter Parker is in high school and they have homecoming events so maybe these films will have high school related titles, and presumably Spider-Man will “come home” after the globetrotting events of Civil War, and it’s a meta title as obviously Spider-Man is “coming home” to Marvel.

Bleak? Yes. Confident? NO.

Also, CRAB BATTLE

I thought it honestly worked well with the idea that YOU are Big Boss, as in anyone could step into the Legend. But, while Sutherland did a fine job, talking like himself and all, I would have preferred Hayter. That said, I was still hoping the reason for the change was to differentiate between voices in an eventual

How Geoff Johns, Bruce Timms, and Paul Dini are not already the brain trust behind these films is beyond me.

The NES port of Maniac Mansion has the best soundtrack ever. I have it on my iPod.

Can we somehow tie The Flash show into the Marvel Cinematic Universe? It’s a much better fit in both quality, tone, and entertainment value.
