6 weeks pregnant means you’ve only been pregnant for 4 weeks. Pregnancy—and the time measurements surrounding it—can get incredibly confusing and it means different things to different doctors/moms.

Dear god, I hope you are right. It’s so easy to be a stupid parent. I make stupid parenting mistakes all the time. I can’t imagine being in this situation.

I am a mother who failed at this so bad that I am still sleeping in my 4 year old’s bedroom and my husband is in our 2 year old’s bedroom. But hey, we consider it a success that they are actually in their bedrooms after spending the last year in our bed. Hopefully by the time their in college we’ll be back in our own…

congrats on the little one! I had a baby 2 years ago and I’m still working on getting things back together. Take one day at a time. You won’t remember the bathsuits you did or didn’t wear this summer because you’ll be so busy making so many better memories. good luck, mama!
