The people who balk at “synthetic chemicals” in food should steer clear of dihydrogen monoxide as well.  That stuff is added to almost everything! /s

Never mind that the water would be instantly neutralized and acidified once its hits the stomach’s environment of about pH 2.

My sister has a flock and it’s just like you said for her too. She lost too many last year to predators, including her lead rooster, and she spends quite a penny on feed too.

And here I thought they were against harming fetuses. You’d think they would want to prevent spontaneous abortions (aka miscarriages). So does this mean they are for abortion now?

I know. When I first heard that a Senator was changing parties, my first guesses were her or Manchin. Good thing the Dems gained a seat this past November or they would have lost the razor edge majority.

My sister absolutely hated cauliflower when she was young. But she loved “white broccoli”.  We almost had a problem when someone asked for the cauliflower at Thanksgiving one year.  Luckily, she wasn’t listening.

I really like how they are gluten-sensitive. They’ve partnered with Udi’s for their GF rolls and they come from the bakery individually wrapped. Then, when it’s time to make the sub, there is a dedicated knife that travels with the sub through the assembly, so that there is minimal cross contamination. They are also tr

All I want to know is which ones taste most like McDonald’s sausage? I will admit to harboring an intense love of their sausage patties, but I haven’t found a brand (either link or patty) that captures the flavor and slight spice of the original.

Actually, it’s because lactose-free milk tends to be ultra high temp pasteurized rather than regular pasteurized, so there are far less bacteria left. Most lactose-free milk uses lactase to break the lactose into it’s simpler sugars, which is why Lactaid milk tastes sweet. This increase in easy-to-digest sugars would

Yes, highly toxic to cats, especially when wet. Supposedly, permethrin-sprayed objects are no longer as toxic after they dry, but given that one of my kitties loved to lick things, I wouldn’t take the chance.

You can also check out clinical trials, especially ones that have the watch manufacturers as sponsors.  I got my FitBit Sense for free during the height of the pandemic as part of a study to see if the health metrics it collected could detect COVID early.

I developed an ear infection right before COVID shut the world down. I don’t remember if it was painful, but it was uncomfortable enough to see a doctor about it. Luckily, it was caught before it got bad enough for antibiotics and I only needed a powerful nose spray to open my eustachian tubes to allow for drainage

If that’s the case, then COVID actually did something good.

I chose to go with the passport route because I didn’t feel like taking a day off to stand in line for hours on end at the DMV to get a REAL ID when I could renew my passport by mail. Yes, a passport is more expensive. But my time is worth so much more than that.  Add the fact that there are multiple locations where

My friend and I share a popcorn and will usually finish one bucket by the middle of the trailers (we usually arrive hungry and movie popcorn just smells too good). Then one of us gets up to get a free refill and we polish that off by the middle of the movie.

Which variety of beans did you use? I just started a bottle this weekend using Tahitian beans in vodka, and they smelled sweet without much caramel.

I had the same thoughts. The chicken strip quality was definitely better than I expected and the pillowy (honestly the best way to describe it) bread was a delightful surprise.  I really wish it was bigger though, especially since I too got the app price and the regular price is just too much.

My favorite commercially available PB ice cream is Ben & Jerry’s Peanut Butter Cup.  The ice cream base is PB, not vanilla.  It’s not an overly peanut buttery taste, but it’s the one I found tastes the most like PB.  Now, if they could put a PB swirl in it, and I would be very, very happy.

Cheez-its and Cheerios. He’d stick his paw into the box to steal one, not caring if I had my hand in there at the same time. Once, while I was snacking on Cheez-its out of the box while watching TV, he stuck the entire upper half of his body into the box to grab one. I miss my Cheez-it thief :(

We weren’t really fed anything out of the ordinary, but there was one thing they gave us only when we had sore throats: warm orange Jello. Much better than it sounds. They would make Jello (as per the package) and cool it just enough so that it didn’t scald us. We would drink it before it could solidify. The gelatin
