It's a pretty standard consulting practice. It may be uncommon in the nanny field - though it may not be.

THIS is what I needed to hear. I just started having splitting issues and I need to continue gel because reasons. I am So getting that.

You just sold me on Glossybox. Thanks!

When my wealthy boyfriend and I got a house together, I wanted exactly what you're talking about. Put together, not matchy but cohesive. I took three months and mainlined research on how to do that. I read a bunch of design books which were basically frou-frou useless crap. I discovered Houzz online and that's when I

Ooo, thanks for recommending Temptalia.com! And by "thanks" I mean "OMG help there goes my money." ><

All companies do this, really. When Bob in Accounting fucks up, they toss his ass right out. When Robert the CEO fucks up, they wring their hands, act ever so sorry, and keep on trucking with Robert at the helm. This is really no different. No less despicable, but no different.
