This is timely for me.
This is timely for me.
This is real deal surgery, not a magic cream or magic wand.
My cat got attacked by a dog about 4 years ago and he suffered a major personality shift ever after. He went nuts when it happened and attacked me. I got a serious infection from the bite I got. I had the presence of mind to throw a blanket over him and bundle him into the bathroom to calm down. But for months…
I'd say a total lack of self-awareness and zero insight into their own beliefs leads to bullshit like this. I suspect the folks who say this sort of thing don't think they're racist or that their statements are racist. Their racism is so deeply ingrained that they think they're just stating True Facts That Everyone…
Oh, I meant they do up to and including 14. Sorry I wasn't clear.
I'm one size too large for it (they stop at 14 and I'm a 16) but I know a gal who is a size 12 who uses it and absolutely loves it. She can't say enough good things about it and it has definitely revolutionized her style. I'd say give it a shot.
I think I love this?
Meet cute = two people meet an adorable way, usually leading to romance. Basic example would be it's raining and a cute guy offers to share his umbrella with you.
You make my point quite well here.
Agreed. I'd like to hope that's true.
It's not about acceptability. Think a little bigger.
I don't think he's minimizing this incident. Nor do I think he's suggesting that we disregard the specifics of it.
Context has everything to do with fixing the larger problem. You're right. The Dolphins' situation should serve as a catalyst to eradicate this type, of treatment and behavior from all locker rooms. But if we don't look at other locker rooms, we can just pretend it's all okay. And you can be sure the NFL will.
It's an interesting reaction. I suspect that the rush to clutch pearls about a specific incident rather than to look at the whole will be the reason this doesn't get fixed holistically. You cannot even ask the question without it being "wrong" or "bad." We must be outraged about this incident at this time on this…
I do not disagree with you. Nor was I excusing the behavior.
That's my point.
It's not that I disagree with you.
This is all bad, yeah. However, some context is needed. How out of line is this from other NFL locker rooms? Is this an outlier? Or is this standard operating procedure?
What a surreal experience that must be. That is cool.
I want to smooch their furry little faces.
