A big part of me wants that. She's my hero.

Gah! I am going to have deep, painful withdrawal symptoms while TVD is on hiatus. Damnit. :(

In a reply to myself... If it did that to Elijah, who is arguably the third strongest vampire in the world, what would it do to a less robust vampire? Kaboom? (Er, ker-splat, maybe. Like kaboom but juicier.)

Yes.

Oh, he did indeed have a valid point. I just disagreed with the way he presented it. It seemed very... judge-y, which leads me to call it the cousin of that review. It's like, you can make that point without sneering at the content and thereby its fans. We get enough of that from the non-tribe people who don't

Those brains probably taste like overcooked asparagus. No self-respecting zombie would chow down on that.

Well...

Guardians, you say? Almost like... a timecop?

Or the jello! Cherry, in honor of the topic, I'd say.

I agree overall, though I think he misses Rand's and Moiraine's voices entirely. Everything else was a vast improvement, for sure. The only time I've really missed Jordan is when Rand got his Zen on and I just wondered what it would have been like from Jordan.

GACK.

I agree with this assessment. And I don't think it's wrong to want or even expect it.

The pulled punch is the most overused cliche in all of fiction ever, and we've become so inured to it that we don't even think about it anymore. In fact if you don't pull the punch, your readers are shocked and angry.

That might actually be watchable. I'm envisioning a cat fight between two privileged bitches and a T-REx comes in and CHOMP!!!!!!!!! end of fight. Come to think of it, that needs to happen on every Real Housewives of Whatever show.

I wonder where I can purchase a moxie enhancement? 37% is significant!

Yes! We were hatched from the same egg, it seems. I didn't like season 4 and thought Riley was annoying. I thought season 6 was interesting because it was all about transition. DoubleMeat Palace was by far the worst episode of the entire series, but I thought the season was great, on the whole.

One of the things I like is to see a trope put out there and then spun a new way.

Honestly, I think it was a bad on the part of the showrunners.

Actually, I think it's fairer to say that SG-1 had some good episodes in the first season.
