Hopefully this all ends... I love my iPhone 4, have had no problems.. Even with the death grip, I still get phone calls and texts, and data does slow down, but i don't naturally hold my phone 'the wrong way'... just return it if you have a problem...

Ok, first, I am an iPhone use, lol, and I'm no fanboy. Android powered phones use the Google 'cloud' a lot more than the iPhone uses the cloud.
