You be sure and enjoy the 70 degree difference in temperature between NY and FL. OK? C’mon down and visit as long as you don’t stay. Our quotient on East coast assholes is just about full. But we like you paying our taxes for us. You know we don’t have a state income tax, lower sales tax than you and lower property

Not a tourist visitor to NYC. I was travelling there for work.

GM loses $9K on every Bolt??

Well my county on the Gulf side draws about 5 million visitors spending about $3 Billion. Another poster listed 65 million to Orlando-Kissimee for Disney and Universal out of 105 Million total. Figure 40 million visitors split each coast and Key West.

Florida roads worth driving? No, not really. All are nearly dead-ass straight and flat as a billiard table south of Gainsville.

Correct, no one did. But the entertainment value was pretty high.

Somewhat. GM didn’t fix stuff whose MTTF was just beyond warranty. A bigger problem was just not concentrating on actual build quality. That takes constant work. The customer returns for warranty work pissed off customers and they told 20 plus of their friends. If you aren’t on it every day, quality is quickly lost.

Why? The entertainment value of winding a New Yorker’s panties into a wad and watching them respond. As you can see, it’s pretty easy.

Not in, not going to be in, ... ever.

Uhhm... Naples, Marco Island, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Daytona (where a race or 3 happen), Panama Beach, Destin, Amelia Island (damn fine car show), Ft Lauderdale, Jupiter Beach.

New Yorkers think the sun shines out their ass and the rest of us are just dying to live there.

I have a clue and that clue IS - No, it is not like the Panama Canal nor the Strait of Malacca at all.

This lovely lady wants to wish you and everyone else a Happy New Year, $kaycog!

And how many of them rent cars and drive in NYC?

I hope you realize that 99% of the driving public in the US and elsewhere don’t give a flying $hit about driving in New York city. It has no relevance to anyone more than 100 miles beyond New York. You know, where the rest of us live.

Chicken and the egg, Drama. There will never BE a wider market for Tesla EV’s if they keep building cars with this quality.

Why yes, just a bit of sarcasm!

Someone should create a cable or streaming channel that caters to motorsports. You know, F1, BTCC, Australian Touring cars and all that stuff the majors ignore.

Because the others already exist and have set the bar on design, reliability, and cost, Tesla doesn’t get any time to “get up to speed.” Consumers don’t give a $hit that Tesla is only 14 years old, it must make a competitive product.

I am in that age range, too and the kinda-crappy car memories fade. The worst of them stick in my mind.
