There is no Constitutional Amendment protecting your right to own cars so it will be easier to take those away than guns. Plus cars kill more people per year than guns.

Nope, not irrational, IMHO, inevitable. The argument will be the “saving of lives” as it always is. Government’s attitude is that YOU are too stupid to make your own choices so the arrogant f#@ks we elected to govern us will take that decision away from us.
But 75% of drivers think they are above average drivers... let that sink in for a moment...
It was THIS stupid stuff that got the most magnificent Group B rally cancelled. Stupid people in the race path!
4WD under capitalism - Jeep. Land Rover, Hummer, Stryker
You won’t be laughing at Florida Man when the ice and snow falls either!
Yeah, its not the motion sickness I’d worry about
But THIS POS does neither run nor drive....
Given Alonso’s track record of making exactly the wrong move at the right time, you have a damn good chance of getting that laugh!
The “entire paragraph” is *one sentence.* So, I put an “if” at the beginning of the sentence. How many “ifs” would you like me to use per sentence next time?
So what does the class designation “MC” stand for?? Massive Car?
5 kW” number was just a placeholder number used as an analogy ratio to the other numbers in my example
reasonable to assume that a RWD Beetle could regen sufficiently with the rear wheels, too, especially with wider tires
And can you provide some references that no one designs in more than 5kW of re-gen?
It isn’t a cost decision. It isn’t a safety decision, it is a physics decision.
It’s not how much you use its how much you can harvest. Front brakes do most of the work on every type of powertrain arrangement. Even the 60% rear bias on a Porsche 911 still works the front brakes harder than the rears. You can’t harvest as much regen from the rear as you can from the front for that reason alone.…

VW engineers will not accept an electric RWD. Re-gen energy harvesting works better with FWD. Physics y’all.
Yes it is... Its the A body platform that was under the Chevy Celebrity, the Pontiac 6000 and the Buick Century. Technically it is a stretched X-body - think Citation, Phoenix, Skylark, Omega.
Well, when a 6 foot 11, 275 lb driver wins the F1 drivers championship or a 5 foot 3 woman is the top WNBA center, maybe that equality argument won’t be so ridiculous. But that is not likely to happen.
