If you are refering to second son. Yes you can buy the DLC’s seperately. In fact you can buy the dlc without even owning the game. You can also buy the second son DLC (first light ) as a standalone game.

As good as Baccano is the show is quite literally the most confusing shit ever. The show doesn’t even start making sense until quite a few episodes in. Way to many characters and stuff to keep track of. The series is something that can really turn you off unless you watch it all the way through.
