Yeah I was getting some serious underwear gnomes logic from that guy. Where is this gritty source material he's referring too?

All I can think of when it comes to a Captain America song is...

My shorter lifespan isn't the fault of women, it's the fault of fried chicken.

Well said, I hope you get your star soon.

Considering how much more important Brown v Board was, I think it's a fair thing to say, but I would agree the censorship from the left is nothing knew (Looking at you Tipper). In fact, my entire political awaking as a teen was due to the PMRC.

I guess it doesn't bother me so much as I 'm perplexed as to what exactly is going on here.

It's based on Thor from the Marvel comic, this is how it's portrayed.

Our veer towards it and...

There aren't enough Apes left anywhere on the planet for this to be an issue, but I'm intrigued by what I'm seeing anyway.

Wouldn't mind seeing Moon is a Harsh Mistress turned into a movie. Certainly a better Libertarian option than anything Rand did and a much more insightful look into Heinlein's belief system than Starship Troopers which seems to get so much more attention.

I got restitution from a criminal mastermind who broke into my house last year via this sort of process. Got a call out of the blue one day from the prosecutors office saying the city would be sending us a check. Wish I could have been there to see the dimwit's face when he realized what he did...

Absolutely, and her husband too, are you even remotely familiar with that case? That was a very close knit family that completely ignored her deteriorating mental capacity for years. She's an even better example of what happened here so I guess thanks for proving my point!

I'd say her parent's failed her before the system did.

Graviton1066 is correct, I think the only sensible thing to do is re-watch the entire series!

Agreed!

Jim and Angelina diGriz, all I had to see to make me happy. Wouldn't have minded seeing the Chrichton's but as I don't think they were technically married, don't count.

Yeah, they were pretty epic!

Love me some Farscape, but were they married?

I just finished Fall of Hyperion a couple of months ago and I have to say I was completely blown away. I was not expecting a story on that scale. I'm afraid though the only way to do it right would be for HBO to make it a series and Ihave little hope it could be done right any other way.

Suggesting someone doesn't respect life because they need to eat is silly.
