Well, as we’ve discussed before, you kind of miss the point here.

Cheap gas is already here. Big SUVs and trucks get better fuel economy than in the past. At this point, bigger garages and bigger parking spaces would encourage buying big SUVs and trucks more than getting cheaper gas........

Gas prices directly correlating to oil prices might be the funniest thing I hear today.

“Competition will only make FCA improve the Wrangler.”

Why would this be jeeps demise? Have you see the cult following of jeep? If this thing is released with the 2.3l, it will only harden them. Jeep owners and overlanders/offroaders in general hate turbos and superchargers. They want NA motors. Case and point: Jeep’s 2.0T is overlooked by most buyers. My dealer learned

It’ll be far less than 40 with steel wheels and 2 doors. Remember, it has to win over jeep buyers. If it is more than 30k, the jeep will be a better price point.

Still not as bad as those damn X5/6 Ms that get 2 mpg WORSE and arent even as useful.

Bradley, Bradley, Bradley......

Jeep has the Wrangler market all by itself and is printing money with them. Competition will only make FCA improve the Wrangler.

All for some good hard mall parking

I too watched Doug DeMuro’s latest video.

I’ve literally never had good wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. Every time I’ve been drug there by misguided clients or an idiot friend, the wings are lukewarm, tough, and not crispy. They either heat their wings in an oven or microwave, or are so incompetent that they do have fryers, but somehow screw up despite of this.

Exactly. When they’re at a completely different price point than you, yours had *better* be superior.

Thinking about this some more, shouldn’t the chicken sandwich be better than the Popeye’s sandwich anyway? Why would I pay almost $12 for a chicken sandwich that doesn’t taste as good as something half as expensive at a fast food restaurant?

THIS LAYOUT IS CRAP.

Hey, but if you want an inexpensive, efficient, dead reliable jack-of-all-trades car, it’s hard to do better right now. Most people truly do not care about driving excitement—they just want something that will get the job done and not give them a hard time or burn a hole in their bank accounts. RAV4s and CRVs fit that

just shut up. You weren’t going to buy one anyways. Everybody on Jalopnik talks about how they would buy a brand new car, but only if the automakers sold it with their specific options, and then they use that as excuse to not buy a car they weren’t actually going to buy in the first place.

Automatics have been beating manuals on efficiency for a while now. This isnt 2005 anymore. Hell autos have been able to beat manuals in acceleration for a while now too. Even my Redline Sky had a slower manual than auto.

Eh, Cleetus Mcfarland is 6'6 and didn’t seem to have an issue. Said he had more leg room and better headroom than the C7.
