In 150 days, didn’t anyone visit her in the ‘state hospital’ and realize its actually a jail or even talk to her on the phone where she could’ve asked for the $30 for bail. She supposedly had a mental illness, who was suppose to be taking care of her on the outside

So where was the community supporting her?  I thought we were supposed to look out for each other.
