@Canon7D-Fanboy: Exactly. I remember playing ES:Oblivion and missing spell/weapon/etc selctions constantly because they were all slotted on the eight directions of the D-Pad. Completely frustrating as Oblivion is a real time RPG and pulling out your bare hands instead of a healing spell would get you killed.

Honestly I've never had a real problem with the quality of the voice chat. I'm betting this is much like playing games before I had a 5.1 surround sound system, I won't realize how superior it is until I have it.

@nieltown: Ugh, no thanks. I remember playing SOCOM on the PS2 and accidentally jamming my left thumb into the right one when pressing the sticks towards the center of the controller. The PS controller's analog sticks are way too close together.

@SeraphX2: I'm about to blow your mind. God's Garden 2.5 (Pro Japanese invite-only tourney for Super Street Fighter IV) just happened and it was played completely on Xbox 360s. Yes. Japan, fighting game and Xbox 360 as a default. The pigs have already finished their pre-flight check list.

@MikeofLA: I had the same problem, I don't feel that there's enough handle on the controller. I bought a chat pad (needed a new mic anyway, and having the keyboard is nice) and the added bulk and length it adds to the controller makes it much more comfortable.
