Oh god, every time I read a WAR story, I come close to buying the thing. I'm so torn. I don't really need an MMO in my life right now, but damn if RvR and the PQs don't sound like exactly what the doctor ordered.

@refused: I see your comment on the main, page but not in the comments here! What's up with that? I agree Shadowrun is awesome. The balance is perfect for a MP FPS. I still throw it in every week or so and kill idiot elves.

It's pretty refreshing to see gamers embrace a gay man historically since they've been very bigoted towards homosexuals.

Star Wars continuity is not something you want to screw with unless you're George Lucas himself

@Laughin_Caulk: Yeah, you want a dev that's gone down the tubes horribly, it's Ubi. I don't understand why everyone thinks they're gods and EA is trash. Oh well, I won't be buying GRAW 1.8 and RB6:Vegas 1.7 when they come out.

Ok, I'm not sure if anyone affiliated with Kotaku will make it down this far, but the real story you should do is game sales on games with trophies vs. a game without trophies. Do they really affect sales?

If they've expanded on COH/COV's character creater even just a little bit, the options will be overwhelming. Cryptic has my money, at least until I get to the horrible mid/endgame grind. That's the only way an MMO will keep me anymore, is make it seem like I'm not grinding away at it.

@WDYC: Bleh, I was in prison when Banjo 2 came out, didn't play it. sorry. I had assumed (yes, my bad I ass-u-med) that such a stupid f*cking name could only come from people on the internet.

@iNime: So, the asian guy avatar doesn't do it for you either? What, is he not "ethnic" enough for you?

Wow, sounds like Gran Turismo and Forza.

@mva5580: I don't understand the achievements either. Awhile back I got put on a team with "Achievement Dean" (name was spelled with leetspeak_, a guy that has like the 4th most gamerpoints in the world. He had like 140,000 or something. I asked him if he was willing to basically spend $10 on 250 achievement points.

Probably be playing COD:4, just because I haven't in a long while. Maybe I'll try and choke down some more Too Human, but it's just so boring holding an analog stick in a direction for hours.

I'm pretty excited that they aren't calling it Banjo-threeie or whatever asinine name fans came up for it.

@rusty: SOUL EATER RULES!!!!

I really enjoyed this one. A lot. You can think of it as JRPG-lite. There's three things that bug about it though

I actually have problems with the official Xbox 360 controller. Not just the D-pad (uggh), but the analog sticks loosen up, and when playing games that have the dead zone of the stick too small (UT3, Ninja Gaiden 2 and Eternal Sonota I'm lookin at you!) they move to the right/forward when they're "centered".

@el_rezzo: Oops you're right 2K (in this instance) but both companies do it, and it's disgusting.

I hope I'm not getting them mixed up, but Agent under fire (grappling gun thingy in it?) was one of the best 4 player split screen games i've ever played. World is not enough was good too. It's kind of funny that everybody hates PDZ, when the controls handled just like Goldeneye did, except you aimed with the analog

They should just make Chromehounds 2 for bob's sake.
