Well, they do...
Well, they do...
Jesus christ, when the man and woman are exiting the cinema, the way her face glides past the window is terrifying!
I'm glad I'm not the only one who caught that.
To my knowledge two types of regenerative shocks have been created. One operates much like a standard hydraulic shock absorber, however instead of using a series of valves for dampening it forces the hydraulic fluid through a turbine generator that can adjust its resistance to change dampening rates according to road…
Google "bose suspension". That's exactly what they're doing.
A lot of that energy gets "returned" when the wheel rebounds. Springs are very very efficient too.
Like any other storage system they can be over charged.... I think if that system was used the warranty would be void in Ohio... LOL
Or, use the back seat with your significant other often. I'm married, so the car would only move about 5 feet per year.
I saw this at makerfaire a few years back. More or less the real deal
It looks great, but I'm still a bigger fan of the Growler.
I but you can find giant buckets from peoples assorted collections of various pieces bought. I bought mine online from ebay for $30, two giant 5 gallon buckets worth and a few floor pieces.
Buy the kits you like and now and the augment tour collection with sets of just blocks. That's how I did it.
I was always annoyed when I was a kid as my dad bought my legos from auction which meant I had about 3 34L storage boxes of legos. The bit that annoyed me was that there were some instruction manuals mixed in but not all the pieces to make them like the awesome Space Futuron Monorail Transport System of which I had…
Oh, I'm sorry, I must have misunderstood. I'm pretty sure that they do sell various random "whatever" buckets. In fact, I think I've seen them, and not just at Lego stores. Themed buckets would be great. Imagine getting an aviation set that would give would-be ship designers all the wings and fins they want. Now that…
Ahh, so there's no big bucket of bricks? Yeah, you can get the sets and all, but some of those big sets seem to be a lot of $$ in licensing. They should have themed buckets for enthusiasts that don't want to be buying a bunch of sets (or individual pieces) to build what they want. Space themed bucket, pirated themed…
If you download the free Creator software, you can design what you want and then it will price it for you brick by brick. That can add up, though, especially if you're using a lot of tiny pieces and lose track of how many you're building with. You can also go to a Lego store if one's in your town and you might get…
How do you go about putting together a Lego collection so you can build whatever you want? Do you just buy the different sets and pick and choose pieces out of there? Or are there kits that contain just a bunch of different size and shape blocks? I see these things (also the really huge ones) and wonder how they get…
The "straight from a Golf" gear selector is killing it for me
My thoughts exactly.
Woooosh! pew pew pew pew!
