I think they're complaining about what this does in the game. There was some past episode where 81 of these things were given away and another 50 have been put into circulation now. It delivers either a huge performance advantage or a big resource advantage (if sold in-game) that they think is unearned.

So you can only get the ship by having CCP give you one. That's the only way.
