Agreed.  He only pardons people recently who give him an edge.  He pardoned assholes in the beginning to help garner support.  He’s now lost, so he will only pardon people that will reduce his chances of being fucked once he is out.

I understand your take, but your field is likely different than a lot of other power generation. The risks for not doing maintenance on time for a nuclear plant is significantly worse and likely has some federal offenses lined up with it if it doesn’t happen.
