About 20 years ago, my father took me out to Peterson AFB (big C-130 hub) because a squadron of AC-130Us had shown up. We got a nice tour inside of them. Still have some 105mm, 40mm, and 25mm shells from that day. Oh and the lanyard for my keys have been from the Spooky II ever since. Truly amazing aircraft.

There is one good HOA I know of. My in-laws live there and they only collect fees to maintain the lake.

No self respecting farmer would buy an optioned-out truck for menial tasks on the property. That’s the issue. Most trucks bought these days have every option out there. Your truck shouldn’t cost over 40k unless it’s a heavy-duty version to tow shit.
