I traveled from metro Detroit to Boston to get a 2005 legacy gt wagon with a manual. There are very few and even fewer good deals on one. Over the phone the guy seemed honest. Sent me videos of the car, inside and out. Made the trek with my bro. Totally worth it. Still have the car and love it.

Of course Hollywood would bring in stunt men as experts on vehicle dynamics and road traction conditions to investigate.

Good point...Speaking of which, I am a fan of the G8. I just wish all ranges came with a six speed manual. The GXP is great, but I don't have the scratch to purchase one.

Is it just me or is a predicted 5 second sprint to 60 from 415hp and 415ft-lb a bit slow? For reference, the CTS v-sport has 420hp/430ft-lbs and weight about 4000lbs and does it in 4.4 seconds. It must be an intentional underrating to wow the crowd when the numbers are official.

Agreed sir.

I believe this one takes the cake if we want to consider historic significants:

Lets just hope the decline of NASCAR popularity is just an indicator that the US public has wizened up and realized there are better automotive competitions that are more relevant today as well as more interesting. It isn't a decline in automotive interest but rather a shift towards the modern and technologically

How was Rush?

Thank you sir. Always a pleasure to encounter a fello singer fan.

I am a huge fan of the Singer Porsche. It isn't exactly a special edition but rather a totally custom vehicle. But its perfect in my eyes. The ultimate blend of retro cool with modern touches and performance. If I had the clams, they would certainly be traded for one of these.

A 996 Turbo is a great option. Its has performance that trumps 99% of vehicles on the road and the exotic appeal that makes heads turn. Because it was considered a somewhat low point for the 911 turbo, porsche purists don't consider it a collectible yet. You can pick a moderate condition car for approximately 40K.
