Yeah, I don’t know why they didn’t just flick the 2D pixel sprite -> 3D polygonal model switch. The fools!

(For the record, I was making a joke about infamous trademark troll Monster energy drinks:
I’m sorry, but when you say “Pokémon reveals a new monster”, are you talking about a new variety of Monster energy drink? I’m confused.
So it looks like just the numbers part of Countdown?
There’s more to life than money. Holding it back culturally, I mean. Too many gamers want to see others (especially those in film/TV) accepting the medium as an equal, instead of just enjoying it for the alternative artform it is.
Children deserve good movies, too.
It sounds about exactly what I expected between Nintendo’s “find the safest, least risky move possible and somehow go even more safe than that” approach to Mario and choosing to work with Illumination of all studios.
Dr. Three-Goombas-In-A-Lab-Coat is honestly just a completely amazing design and I wish they would show up again outside of the mobile game.
You know what I’ve found as I get older? The more developers try to out of their way to create an endless gameplay loop, the less likely I am to engage with it. Give me a solid game that is just fun to play, don’t force me into unskippable cutscenes upon repeated playthroughs of the story, and I’ll put 300 hours into…
Fucking despise this. You shouldnt be able to own fucking words. Fuck you Zenimax for starting all this because you couldnt fucking stand someone else using the fucking word “Scrolls”
Same. I also live in a place that gets rather extreme weather. And since Niantic likes to have events that only last a couple hours, its often too dangerous to go out to do the raids in person. As in, “lightning flashes every couple seconds” dangerous.
I think that’s part of why that doesn’t work the same way though. Games are announced with such frequency, often with nothing more than a 30 second teaser (TES:VI as an example), and then a 2 minute trailer 6 months later, then a 15 minute gameplay video a month or so before release.
I get why companies prefer to just do their own thing now, but E3's demise does make me a bit sad.
Why do they think that’s a good idea?!
Why would he lay low when he’s doing the press circuit for the Mario movie?
The voice.
The Wii version of Twilight Princess wasn’t as bad as people made it out to be. It was really gimmicky using the Wii Remote to use the sword (especially going back after Skyward Sword did it better), but the motion controls worked really well for the bow/clawshots. The worst thing to me for the Wii version was that…
Lol. And here I was checking to see if motion controls were listed as the best part of Skyward Sword. It’s the only thing about the game that I loved*. Everything else was...not great unfortunately.
Best thing about Wind Waker = just about every damn thing. Yeah, the shard search was a chore, but everything else is…
Now everything is a chance to build and create...where is the fun in that?
I liked it and I typically don’t love games with item degradation.
