Let me do a pre-post of the common comments so we can avoid clutter.

Oh man, I'm getting out of here. I can't deal with the inevitable comments here today.

Laterz.

I'm not speaking for anyone beyond myself here when I say that I am really getting tired of this victim narrative the Social Justice Warriors/feminists insist on proclaiming every time a hair crosses their arse.

you are just the worst type of person.

So, people have a beef with what is being represented, and you have a beef with that. You then defend yourself by saying I'm not a privileged white male, which means you can speak for all non-whites and non-males, that they should not be offended. You also are presuming to speak for white males that actually want

It makes me a little sad that a major franchise from a company that has given us former-slave-assassin and half-black-woman-assassin can't do better than four white male protagonists at this point.

Giantbomb guys are too big into acting like comedians and putting games down while doing so. It can be funny at times, but I hate it when they feed the haters by validating them and making a huge deal of a game's 'weirdness'.

It's actually harder to play in Japanese - I've had that version since last year. This particular game relies a lot on audio messages to relay information that you can't get any other way, such as when scripted airstrikes that will kill you are coming. It's still fun to play in Japanese though.

Same here; enjoyed the hell out of Prototype, even as my poor old 6870 struggled to render the game. Yeah narrative was your basic revenge, but oh the many, many, many ways the game let you kill people. Also, getting around was fun: No need to steal stupid cars, just parkour up a building and glide to your

Getting the "Thornton, Inc" achievement for successfully turning every single enemy in the game into an ally, then ultimately revealing it all to be a massive chessmaster gambit to take over the evil corporation for yourself at the end was one of the most satisfying moments of my gaming career. That game has a

I'm totally in the same boat. I played Prototype prior to playing inFamous, and I just couldn't get into inFamous... it felt so limiting in the beginning and I couldn't stay with it for long. Prototype, however, dumps you into high-powered badassery right off the bat, and then abruptly takes it away, making you

Yeah, I'll agree with you on that. I hoped so hard this game would be good I ignored EVERY review and comment. I just wanted it so bad. Then I bought and played it... took it back the next day.

i liked the first one, but as i said in the second comment, i wasted freaking $60 on the second

You may think that nobody got this reference.

Yup, that's my plan (eventually)! After that I'll probably get the obligatory Millennium Falcon and Slave 1 ships, cause Star Wars.

You can get the small ships for 10 each from CoolStuffInc. Sometimes you can find them even cheaper if you watch closely on eBay.

Just played this for the first time the other day, and it was loads of fun. Can't wait to start building custom fleets and give the other pilots a spin!

A friend turned me on to "The Conspiracy Against the Human Race" and I can confirm that Rust's philosophy basically summarizes parts of the book.

It's a crime that unique, creative, well made games like 999 and VLR can't be more successful in the current gaming climate.

You're totally right here about the personal information. The point is WHY would you just "happen" to Google someone's user name? Especially when that user name "seems" to indicate that the poster is female? And then to take the next step and POST the results of your creeper search in an open forum? The bullshit "I
