The development of BioShock Infinite was troubled because of Ken Levine, in my opinion. He is a genius, but like all of them, he is hard. From some development videos (voice acting and stuff) the overall picture of him to me is that he is a perfectionist... and this can get pretty nasty for other people.
The game is

Seems like plenty of stealth options, to me. You do realize that you could kill people in the original games, yes? And use fire arrows? And sword fight? At least having a dagger in Thief 3 made more sense than carrying around a sword, in the first two games.

I'm not sure you can really call the development "troubled." The developers switched the game from first person to third person, then back to first. Then the game was changed from current gen to next gen. It's not like they didn't know how to make a good game, they just kept having the rug pulled out from underneath

Did you even watch the video? I mean, what are you defining as "stealth". They said you can complete the entire game without killing a single person. And like previous Thief games I saw things like water and gas arrows in there. Seems like it has plenty of stealth options.

I'll agree. In the end, I'm just happy if this game truly does reboot Thief again (in that, shoot out the flame with a water arrow, wait for them to check it out, pick each enemy off slowly kind of way).

Trowe is far from the most genteel online raconteur and angered many adventure game fans when, Cordes and others say, he began to criticize others in the scene, airing grievances about a Kickstarter here or a former business partner there. Call him a troll, rude or maybe simply a concerned adventure game fan and

"His previous adventure game was a well-received horror adventure called Scratches. It came out in 2006."

This is an amazing reaction to negativity, transphobia and toxic behavior in a community. Huge kudos to the game creators for turning an upsetting situation into a moving, positive tribute.

I work in the animation industry (for television), and I've never encountered the amount of hate and personal attacks that the game industry gets. It's extreme, even in artistic fields.

When contacted by Kotaku, the ESRB said that only one other game, 2006's Animamundi, have been categorized as having sexual violence. It's not clear if the female character in the audio file described in the rating summary is the controversially attired sniper Quiet. Kojima has remarked that there will be more depth

Indeed. According to that logic almost every game in existence is just a tool for the white straight man propaganda machine.

RuPaul embraces tranny get over it

Maybe if you value your "other shit to do" more than oppressed people's well-being and safety, then you shouldn't have kids, because you don't seem like a particularly good role model. And if you have better shit to do than teach your kid to respect others' feelings and how to recognize harmful behavior, then maybe

yeah, but they're a joke. The transgender stars have to camp it up and be called "Mama".

Queer wasn't labeled as a fetish by the porn industry to promote a sexual deviance as it was thought to be because people never took the time to actually learn about it.

I only said "a lot of" because a decent bit of media doesn't even acknowledge that they exist.

Well, considering the HUGE backlash that the ending of "Oreimo" created... I hope we'll get a rest with these stories for a while.

Girls und Speeders.

You'll love hearing this then. Either this Spring or Summer a second season of SAO starts that does the next story arc from the novels. I don't believe the weird cousin love thing continues into it though.
