This really isn't that hard to do! My photoshop skills are very mediocre at best and in the end this took me about an hour. The icon creation apps and minimalistic text preferences are awesome; makes customization so easy!

Honestly it is more of an aesthetic thing for me; I don't need that much stuff on my homescreen so this was a good way to look at time at a glance and make my phone look nice.
