I should have rewatched the scene, but did the office overseer guy say “the guest can do what he wants” or “THAT guest can do what he wants?” If the man in black has been coming for 30 years, surely they know who he is. And I don’t doubt he has more leeway that other guests. His mystery boggles me the most.

I more meant it’s unfair to Chris. The way she phrased the question made it seem Chris and Rudy are/were friends and that’s a roughposition to put Chris in. But maybe I’m just reading too much into the exchange.
