I’ve started making shredded pork tacos like that in the slow cooker. I cheat and buy some sort of pork marinade (made by Stubbs? I don’t know how wide spread that brand is) and cook the pork loin and Stubbs sauce all day and then shred with a fork. Add to tortillas, top with cheese and sour cream. Good eatin’.

How do you cut your potato slices so close? I always seems to get my slices to far apart and it never fans out all pretty like that.

My fiance and I argue about my garlic use. He is of the opinion that if I can find a way to include garlic, I will in fact include at least two full cloves of garlic, if not more.
