I don't remember anything my fiancee said and apparently had absolutely no reaction when he said it because the only thing I remember was him finally saying "Please?" in a very small voice. I said yes. Shock does weird things.

I imitate that scene often in my daily life. It makes others uncomfortable.
The dad from that show is on Gotham now and I spent the first three episodes of Gotham trying to figure out where I knew him before it hit me. I, too, enjoyed that show.
If I'm still having to pay every time I got to get a refill and I know my pills are generic, am I going to have to call BCBS and raise a stink just to get my copay back?
My future MIL had shingles over her eye and lost about half of her eyebrow. Permanently. I shudder. Shudder, I say.
Uncanny...
That...that's not sweet. "You're going to hell" is never the correct thing to say to anyone.
SECOND!
Unrelated: one of my employees compared me to Leslie Knope and now I want to bake him cookies.
Our dogs like sports. Car racing and football. Not impressed with HGTV or DIY Network though.
Don't tell my dogs, but I love my mutt more than I love my pure breed. The pure breed is a Jack Russell though, so he can't help it.
Oh no, she's not ACTUALLY my MOH. She just thinks she is and tells everyone that she is (she's a narcissist). My actual MOH is cool as fuck and will only tell me off when I'm being a prissy baby, which will inevitably happen, I'm sure.
Supervisors and co-workers are a big part, to me, of whether I like the job or not. I worked retail for three years after graduate school. The job was not my idea of fun, necessarily, but I loved the people I worked with, which made my job all that much more enjoyable.

His mother is overwhelmingly happy and optimistic and certain members of my family are, I think, deliberately being difficult. I really need to get back on my…
What to do if your family (or in my case on certain family members) don't like your SO and express their dislike. We're currently going through that with my self-appointed Matron of Honor while starting our wedding planning and she's being pretty terrible. Might lead to me throwing in the towel and just eloping.
Can someone please investigate this phenomenon? This has been my experience as well.
I AM NOT ALONE!!
Ohoh, I have the same problem! I'm allergic to melon, so if I asked if the fruit salad has cantaloupe or if the sangria was made with watermelon, I look like a loon. These are all things I love! I just love not itching or struggling to breath more!
My moving in with my boyfriend was mostly a financial decision. One rent or two? We were spending every night together anyway. I would expect if someone was moving to a new city to be with me, we'd most likely move in together, not just because we loved each other, but also because it would be significantly cheaper.
