I haven't advocated constraints. I've advocated critical thought, which you're obviously very opposed to.

People without mental illnesses are more dangerous? The proportion of violent criminals to the general population is higher in mentally sound individuals? Because even if most criminals haven't been diagnosed with anything, that wouldn't prove mentally sound people are more dangerous.

You are literally an idiot. Like you're getting very screamy and caps lock and I don't know why. I'm not talking about sexual liberation or feminism. I'm talking about how we internalize shitty ideals and it often leads to specific preferences. For example, I'm bisexual but will not date a woman with a penis. I like

I didn't say he was a misogynist. Stop yelling. I said internalised misogyny. Many of us have it, as we are living in a patriarchy.

Y'all ass hats keep saying 'sexual liberation' and no one is talking about goddamned motherfuckin' 'sexual liberation.'

Ahhhh I see the misunderstanding here. I'm not saying he needs to change. He is allowed to dictate his sexual preferences with internalised misogyny. Just like people are allowed to internalise white supremacy and have a preference for distinctly european features. We all have a right to be problematic in our tastes.

Because she's allowed to be with women she isn't attracted to but not men she isn't attracted to.

K nah, I read it. It's poorly written, rapey and unintentionally hilarious. But you're wrong that he waits for her to initiate. He undresses her and starts stroking 'soft at first' and then more enthusiastically. I actually prefer the show's approach because it doesn't attempt to romanticize what is, regardless of

I mean maybe it was the way you wrote it? I haven't actually read it. But it sounds like she definitely didn't want to fuck this dude, but didn't have a choice, but he at least waited until someone who was just terrified of being penetrated suddenly wasn't (thanks old dude writer) and then she fell in love after

That's a stupid comment. You're not a man, and you're not Gerard Pique, so I'm not going to dignify your blathering with a point by point response. I am a man, and I know what it's like to watch someone you love get frisky with someone else for work. Any man who's dated an actress knows what that's like. It's not

False. If he found it disgusting, they wouldn't have dated. He wouldn't have pursued her at all. Some men do find it disgusting and then prefer very chaste women. They would never marry someone like Shakira. But Pique ain't one of those. He married a woman that plenty of men have touched, both publicly and privately.

wow wow wow this entire post grosses me out because it's like 'no, the rape was like THIS not THAT." Like on the real, what you describe just sounds like he groomed her instead. Like 'opened her up like a flower' is this real life. I need a shower.

He likely finds it threatening, not unattractive as he was able to be attracted to her despite having watched her gyrate all over various men over the course of her career. He doesn't find it threatening when it's a woman, and that's obviously sexist bullshit. Of course he's allowed to be a sexist asshole and she's

Who said anything about him finding it attractive? Wtf are you talking about?

How about declaring them sexist for saying it's okay if it's with women but not with men? gross

No comment on how the whole 'only with a girl' is kinda homophobic and trivialising? That whole implication that relationships between women are lesser? And gah I wish a negro would refer to me as his 'territory'. foh

most people have shitty marriages

Yeah and you knew it off hand. With specifics. This guy isn't some A-list celebrity. You aren't likely to know that kind of stuff about him unless you go looking.

Ah, and here it is. The axe to grind. Only someone personally invested in disliking the guy would reference his memoir in a thread started about his domestic abuse.

I was thinking the same. Look at women's underwear: they don't actually showcase genitals. They don't generally shout 'look at my labia.' But because of the nature of a penis, male underwear, regardless of shape or print tend to emphasize the genitals. It becomes less sexy and more grotesque that way.
