Plus there's the appeal of having a big team in your hometown, which helps foster a sense of hometown pride. I grew up around St. Louis, so naturally I'm a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.

A pretty dang nice person, at that. I think it would be different if he killed some hardened criminal, but Gale was a likable guy.
That's why I love Breaking Bad. The last half of this season has turned out incredibly well so far, with crazy twists at the end of each episode and just the perfect amount of cliffhanger.
Maybe the fact that everybody he cares about has been taken away from him, and as we saw in the most recent episode,
Ah, right. I had already planned on picking up a next gen on day one, so I suppose I didn't need much convincing in the first place. Better incentives would certainly be a plus, however.

The real perk of buying a Day One Edition is getting it on day one rather than having to scour local stores or eBay for an Xbox One post-launch. The other extras are just encouragement to buy it now rather than waiting.
I considered doing that too, but with all of the HD remakes/bundles that I have now (i.e. childhood nostalgia), I'd have a hard time doing it.
