Seeing as they are likely switching over the entire product line to a 9-pin connector, I'm curious to see what happens with the 10 inch iPad. Their product line would be a bit more fragmented if they didn't update it with a new dock connector, but then they'd be changing their update cycle up if they did.

Oh, so somebody finally bought it? http://gizmodo.com/5847651/how-does-an-entire-bridge-go-missing

I don't have much of an opinion about Molyneux himself, but the idea is indeed very unique. I like it!

HA! You win, sir or madam.

Yes, let's all make war comparisons. That's fun.

I was only saying "for the better or worse" as to not sound negative. I know Gizmodo is a lot worse than it used to be. I've been here since 2007.

Very good point you have there.

Indeed. That iPhone 4 leak was probably the defining moment for Gizmodo, for the better or worse.

I am so sick of hearing people say "[something Apple related] is so [adjective] since Steve Jobs died." Of course Apple is going to change under new leadership. And to be completely honest, two iPhones being left at bars (the iPhone 4 and 4S both were) isn't the greatest security either.

Sure! It's pretty simple- the Version Control software itself is all built directly into the editor itself, so I have no need for external software to control that half of it. We were also already using Dropbox to sync all of our concept documents, notes, scripts, etc., so we figured that we might as well continue

Ha, touche!

They should've been more specific.

Yep, definitely there. Glad somebody is at least moderating the comments, then.

That was literally a direct quote from a comment from a Burner account that wasn't taken down until an hour an a half later. It literally said "who is dis cunt."

Sounds like Hulu Plus but on a much larger scale.

Having an anonymous throwaway account gets rid of any sense of responsibility. Previously, new accounts, such as freshly-made burners, would have been pink unapproved comments. We starred commenters simply wouldn't have approved them and nobody would have had to see them. But now they often shoot up to the top of the

Yeah, I'm mostly on the Verge nowadays. While its community still isn't quite the same as old Giz, it's better than Kinja. Though I do still visit #whitenoise all the time, at least they didn't ruin that.

If only I knew.... if only.

We actually kind of figured out how the algorithm works (or at least from what we've seen so far). The trolls get pushed forward because over time, they've had the most replies due to the excessive trolling. Kinja favors them, as it knows that they generate the most discussion. What it unfortunately doesn't know is
