We haven't made use of branching much, but technically we could. Just to clarify, we're using Bethesda's Creation Engine as our engine, which is very plugin-based. Basically, we have our master file with everything. Each of us on the team has our own plugin files as well, which eventually get checked in (i.e. merged)

It handles all of that. It creates a bunch of files that contain info on what is being checked in, what has been checked out (i.e. edited), etc. Basically it makes sure that no two people can edit the same object, and that you can't check in unless you have the most recent master file. Thank you for a great read!

A Team Deathmatch gamemode? Would go against everything TF2 stands for, but could be fun.

I don't know, there used to be quite a few good ones. But definitely the best in recent memory.

Oh of course, but it's still a pretty fresh UI concept.

Now that was awesome. Great article, and loved the videos as well.

It's also useful for simply plugging it in. Instead of having to look for the port on my Macbook, the magnet takes care of the work.

Michael Scott. What a great man.

Just went and looked at my Magsafe 2 adaptor compared to a standard USB adaptor, and yeah, you're right. Damn.
