I agree Burbank PD are Assholes as well as Torrance PD if you have ever had any interaction with them. Growing up on the L.A. Strip which is patrolled by the LAPD I can honestly say I up until this day (I'm 32 and Latino) I have never had a problem with them.

Well most of the times I've come across them they have been in garbage bins, maybe the local grocery store manager didn't know to return them. Also when not being able to find one I've just asked if they could spare one, and up until today they have yet to say no.

Not to naysay/nit pick/ put down (choose which ever you like), but a plastic milk crate and some zip ties work the same way. You would be recycling something that would probably go in the Grocery Store's trash, also milk crates come in a bunch of diffrent colors and it would cheaper if not free
